Alex, a young Coloured woman returns to her small home town on the Cape West Coast of South Africa after studies and work in Johannesburg to rescue her late father’s fishing company which is in financial difficulty. Against great odds, she has to win the trust of her community who
are relying on her to save them from losing their livelihood, and she has to try and reunite with her estranged brother. She falls in love with the man sent to buy out her company but what are his motives? Will he follow his company’s orders or follow his heart and help her? Can she survive and and will she succeed?
